When you purchase a Sat Space slot, payment is processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland, for EU customers). Purchase records and uploaded artwork are stored using Supabase, hosted in an EU data center (Frankfurt, Germany). Supabase Inc. is a US-based company, so data may in principle remain subject to US legal requests even while stored on EU servers. More information: supabase.com/privacy
When a purchase is completed, a notification with basic purchase details, which may include your email address, is sent to a private Discord channel so it can be reviewed promptly.
